- How do I volunteer?
Sign up on our volunteer page and our team will follow up with roles that fit your schedule.
- How much time do I need to volunteer?
Any amount helps — from one phone-banking shift to regular canvassing. Tell us your availability on the volunteer form.
- Can youth volunteer?
Yes, with parent or guardian permission where required. Contact us if you are under 18 and want to help.
Voting
- When is the 2026 municipal election?
Election day is Monday, October 26, 2026. Online voting runs October 14–23; advance polls are October 17 and 20. Confirm your registration by August 12, 2026. See our How to vote page for the full checklist and official City links.
- What ID do I need to vote?
One piece of ID showing your name and Burlington address. Photo ID is not required. See our How to vote page for details and links to myvote.burlington.ca.
Donate
- Who can donate?
Ontario residents only, from a personal account. See our donate page for instructions.
- What are the donation limits?
Up to $1,200 per Interac e-Transfer and $5,000 maximum across all municipal candidates in Burlington. Full details on our donate page.
